Description

Although the organic linseed is tiny, it is said to have many benefits. Hardly any other natural product contains so many healthy nutrients. You will be surprised at how these “mini seeds” can be used.

History

The linseed plant is a member of the flax family (Linaceae) and was one of the first plants in the world to be cultivated by mankind. In former times, fabrics were made from the fibres that grow inside of the stems and the word “linen” is derived from the Latin for the flax plant, which is “linum”. The bright blue plant flowers for about 3 months during the summer when it is at its most beautiful. From the beginning to the end of August the organic linseed is harvested and then dried.

Tip: It is also available as Protein Powder.
